⭐️ Collage & Open Decks Night at Rocket Space is back! 🚀 @tempeartandmusic 🗓 Thursday, June 11 🕕 6–9 PM 📍 Rocket Space Gallery 37 W Southern Ave Tempe, AZ 85282 💕 Hosted by JasperPunk @djjasperpunk + Las ChicAZ @laschicaz 🎨 Creative Deck Sessions is a night focused on collage, creativity, music, and community. ✨ Create your own up-cycled skateboard deck art piece! We’ll have collage supplies ready to go, but feel free to bring magazines, stickers, photos, materials, or anything else you want to create and personalize with. 🛹 Skateboard decks provided by Sidewalk Surfer @sidewalksurferaz 🫶 🎧 Open Turntables all night! Bring records and sign up for a 15-minute slot to spin, mix, experiment, or just have fun behind the decks. FCFS sign-up. ✨ New to DJing? No pressure. A few of the Ladies Who Brunch @ladieswhobrunchaz crew will be there to help beginners get comfortable. 🎶 Not ready to mix? Bring vinyl anyway — we’ll play your records for you. 🌈 All ages • All genres • All styles • All skill levels welcome ✨ Come create, listen, hang, and make something unique. 🫶

Every Monday, we continue Sketchbook Sessions with @baconcat ✍️ June 4, writing workshop returns with @kachelrennedy and this months theme is “Hello” 👋 Thursday, June 11 join @djjasperpunk and @laschicaz in Creative Deck Sessions, skateboard collage and open turntables session 🛹 Tuesday, June 16 we host Queer Alchemy Storytelling + fundraiser with @jacob_the_bush ❤️‍🔥 Thursday, June 18 is an art workshop + mixer with artist and tai chi master, Mei-Kuei. 🖼️ Catch @kyllanmaney over at @tempecenterforthearts for Drag and Draw and Draw-a-thon June 20 & 21. Art Day returns Sunday, June 21 with @clownpoke_yehaw and open studio hours.
